We are an independent cafe within The Nursery Garden Centre and have an outstanding reputation for delicious, freshly baked, homemade, locally sourced food. We are open 7 days a week serving Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Afternoon Tea as well as a seasonal selection of daily specials and speciality teas, coffee, shakes and cold drinks.

The Avonfield Kitchen Cafe is fully open for indoor & outdoor service. We are so looking forward to seeing you all very soon in either our indoor area or our outdoor timber, roofed area. Whatever the weather, there will be a suitable setting perfect for your visit. We also have a new winter menu for 2023/24 which you can now download & print if you wish. Nice and chill cafe for breakfast and brunch. Great food, great coffee. It’s always busy on the weekend though sometimes it’s hard to find a place to sit on weekends brunch time.

My friend and I enjoyed a delicious Afternoon Tea for two (a birthday present from my daughter) and we couldn’t fault it. Lovely sandwiches, scones, cakes and tea and we were stuffed! And despite my voucher being only just ‘in date’ and worth less than the current price, Kimmi very kindly honoured it anyway.
We will definitely be returning next year!!
